Cleaning gutters requires working at the edge of the roof, making safety crucial. We assure our customers that we employ safe work practices to perform these tasks securely. Every member of our team is trained in working at heights and height self-rescue techniques.

Our Safety Measures Include

• Safe Work Method Statement: Every step in our gutter cleaning process is documented in our Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS). Your technician will have a copy of this critical document on file on site, we can also email it to you upon request before we attend site.
• Job Safety Analysis: We complete a comprehensive Job Safety Analysis (JSA) from both ground and roof levels to identify and mitigate any risks prior to accessing the roof of your property. These JSAs relate to our SWMS and are date and time-stamped and documented. These documents can be supplied to you at the completion of our work.
• Fall Arrest Harnessing and Anchor Points: Our workers are always harnessed in. We use either temporary or permanent anchor points to ensure comprehensive height safety and OH&S compliance. As necessary, we will provide recommendations on what should be installed to ensure the safety of all personnel who access and work on your roof. • Arrested Fall Rescue Plan: All of our technicians have in place an Arrested Fall Rescue Plan and are equipped with the necessary rescue equipment in case of an arrested fall event.
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage: We are fully insured with Professional Indemnity, Public & Products Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance, giving you peace of mind while we work on your property.
